Everyone was really friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wasn’t really able to eat the breakfast as everything was very sweet and there wasn’t much protein available. Luckily there is a grocery store across the street so I was able to get some things and put them in the fridge.

Spotless facility and room. Comfy bed and block out shades for sleep. Accommodation for our after hours arrival. A really nice place. The only thing that could be improved would be less going to voice mail when you call in. This happened four times while we tried to arrange for late arrival. Wasted of our time.

Was great that they allow dogs. Our room was pretty big. Room could use a deep clean but wasn’t awful. Food and groceries nearby and just a few minutes from core shopping area and the ferry.

We have stayed here in years past and really like the location. There are grocery stores and other shops across the street and the hotel offers snacks and fruit, as well as some breakfast items. We found the room large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything was awesome, other than when at night couldn't get out key to work for the parking garage. Everything else was awesome! I will be coming back again for sure. Tonight was very special and got engaged so have to say that it's a magical place! Will recommend it to friends and family!

What Else Could Go Wrong?

Everything that could go wrong, did. Initially our room key failed; was repaired, then tried and failed again. I was told that the hotel's computer system was malfunctioning. When we finally gained entrance to our room, it had not been cleaned after the previous guest: bed was unmade, towels were strewn about, etc. We were then assigned another room which turned out to be fine. Meanwhile, the outside door to underground parking was stuck in the open position and remained so throughout our stay. Otherwise, our stay was uneventful.
