Staff great. We didn’t have any hand soap and the hair dryer didn’t work.

It says budget hotel, but it far from budget. Lovely stay facilities were great. Room was fantastic and the shower room was great too.

Great hotel, I’ve stayed many times and it’s the first time under this brand. Previously dogs could stay for free, but now it £15 per night, though the room doesn’t get serviced whilst you stay.. so this seems a bit steep. Food is overpriced in the restaurant, but the drinks are ok. Staff are very pleasant and the refurb is going well. Will be back

check in set the standard, the male receptionist was first class, and the stay - which was only one night - was lovely, we were there to see Glen Tilbrook at the brewery so were in and out, but we will be back - and we will stay here again

Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
