Property is at great location with great view but it’s spread across huge area and you need to walk or drive in car to get breakfast in morning where option were limited. Likewise our room was at location where it’s difficult for seniors to get to have their breakfast unless they drive . Rooms and location was very good but with above negatives

Great food, fun location.

This hotel is tucked back into a neighborhood, so you are surprised when you find it. It is right on the coast in a beautiful location. We had a rustic room which I loved the unique feel of, but the amenities were a bit dated. The restaurant next door had the best food we have eaten in a long time and we had access to a beautiful coastline. We had a shared balcony near our room that had a great view of ocean. A fun place to stay.

The older gentleman who helped check us in was so very kind. He shared so much info about the town, places to eat and things to do. He was wonderful to talk to. The hotel rooms were very dated but nice, the ocean views were stunning! Id go here again for sure!

Terrible customer service from the front desk lady. There was a discrepancy between what we thought we booked online through Expedia for a beachfront room and what our booking confirmation showed. She had no patience or understanding of what we had booked and said, "Expedia lies. You need to take it up with them." We left it there, but when we got to our room, it had a full-size bed instead of the queen-size bed that we had booked. She reluctantly moved us to another room with a queen-size bed. Every interaction felt like a struggle, and definitely not the relaxing experience they promote. Will not be back.

Their front office closes at 10pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances on the road, we arrived at 12:30 am with no way to get the room. Had to search for a new location at the hour of the night. Was really looking forward to staying there. I wish they would’ve given me a call to let me know their hours of operation.
