Staff were super helpful, especially at the airport meet and greet! The airport rep helped us get a taxi to the hotel to save us waiting nearly an hour for the free shuttle. (Cost approx £7.00). Hotel was lovely, clean and super comfy beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. A perfect choice for a one night stay in Bangkok to get a domestic onward flight the next day!

Everything was great. The hotel was spotless inside room, loby, facilities. The grounds were impeccable and the pool was very inviting. We had breakfast includec and it was a smart decision to opt gor it during booking. A great selection of foods to cover all tastes and/or diets. The restsunt also had many selections for tasty pics. The staff was sttentive, prompt in all services. Overall. an outstanding experience and will return here next trip.

The rooms are nice and large. The hotel is starting to show its age but the staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast has a great variety and is very good. Very close to the airport and the free shuttle is easy to arrange and find.
