Beautifully well kept hotel. Good shuttle service from and to the airport. Our assigned room has a musty smell though. Location of hotel, though close to the airport, is too far from the City( takes 1.5 hours by car)

Ate in the restaurant and the service was bad. A property that size should have been able to handle three dishes to one table as well as the other 6 tables being served. There were lots of staff but not working together so the three dishes we ordered for the table came one at a time although they were requested to come at the same time so we could eat together however they were painfully slow and didn’t seem to care that they used one wok to service the entire restaurant so it seemed counter productive and complaint worthy. I didn’t want to pay for the last dish because the waiter said it was busy and that’s the way it is. They were not busy only 8 tables being served by too many staff and a maître D who did not want to confront the issue. Was definitely sub-par and bad service.

Great overnight stay close to BBK AIRPORT in Bangkok ( minutes away with a well run shuttle service) Rooms were spacious and clean, large restaurant and a lovely lobby bar.

What a wonderful hotel! A gem close to Bangkok airport. I throughly enjoyed my time here. The room was beautiful. Excellent food and a great buffet breakfast. If you are coming to Bangkok for the first time, this is the place to stay. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Lovely airport stopover

Lovely hotel and very handy for the airport, with a free shuttle service. The only reason I knocked a star off was because the service in the restaurant was slow. It wasn't busy, yet a couple of dishes I wanted from the menu weren't available. . The restaurant staff weren't as friendly as the reception staff but they weren't ' unfriendly' as such. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying here as a stopover to or from the airport. The

This is a well run hotel with courteous staff and free shuttle to the airport. If you don't need to be downtown, this is a great place to be out of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, but still within reach. Also, no need to worry about traffic when catching your flight. Food, Spa, Pool, and room service all great.
