Great location near BTS and MRT trains station and public transportation makes it easy to travel around.The public park is walking distance for us to go and get some exercise.A large shopping mall with many good restaurants, affordable food courses for everyone in different tastes just across the street. Staffs are very nice and accommodating.

Housekeeping service was wonderful, daily and follow up to make sure if you want the room cleaned. Love the fact that there is a shuttle service from Hotel to the main street every 10 mins til 11pm daily. Saves an 8 minute walk in the heat.

The room was immaculate , I mean it was perfect , the cleaning service is wonderfull and always polite. The hotel was immaculate well maintained and always sooner busy with guest so you know it is a good hotel. It was so nice when I checked out after 12 days if stay I had to come back for two more nights because I was so sad to be away. It's located away from all the house and yet a shuttle and a walk to Sukhumvit road and terminal 21. Loved every minute of my stay. Gaurenteed I will be back before I leave Thailand.

AC was total disaster. You either sleep in hot room or you don’t sleep because the AC is terribly noisy. The unit is sitting on the balcony. Other thing, very slow elevators.

Great location between Nana and Asok BTS as well as Benchakki park. I stayed in the new wing which has modern large rooms. Hotel staff are great. There are two nice pools which is a great feature. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would stay again. I booked a Garden view in the new wing but the view was a wall of another building. Book the pool view as there is no Garden to view. Overall a great hotel and location
