property itself is relatively old, not renovated. Janitors are working properly to keep cleanliness, but it’s too old to take care by themselves. There was water leaking from Toilet, tho engineer just came and fixed. Staffs are relatively good but not what I expected from the reviews like”all staffs are so cheerful and kind “ The most difficult time was on my departure day. They didn’t help me to get the proper taxi to the airport. Fortunately I used to live in Thailand and could get by myself, but it all took 20mins to just to pick a taxi. Good points are; spacious room, Location, well equipped gym, nice pool and Free Drinking water bottle service.

Centre of Sukhumvit area so good location and hotel exterior and huge lobby look impressive enough but It’s window dressing. We stayed in the Executjve suite section covering the top floors with exclusive access to the Executive Lounge and paid a little extra for it. However once you leave the lift you face the reality of an uncared for, dirty and outdated interior. It urgently needs a complete facelift. We were on the 27th floor and had trouble sleeping due the the excessive traffic noise which wasn’t helped by the lack of double glazing. Overall ok for s night or two but don’t expect too much .

Very nice to stay though the room was a little bit different from pictures. Especially amenities such as shampoo etc. were very nice. WIFI was poor. The staff at Lounge were very kind. One bad thing was they tried to charge me for a mini bar when I checked out. Of cource I never touch it. I cannot understand why they did it.

Disappointed. Hotel didn’t meet my expectations.

Location is good. Lots of bars and restaurants. Near the BTF station. Good gym. Plenty of equipment and several exercising rooms. However the interior of the hotel is old and dated. Stains from humidity on the walls and carpets. Room was noisy despite being on 27th floor because windows are old and don’t close properly leaving lots of space and letting noise trough. On pictures hotel looks great and rated 5 stars. I was totally disappointed.

Lovely

What a lovely property. We had a corner suite and it was perfect. The breakfast was not exceptional but none the less very good. We were on the 29th floor and the view was exceptional. It’s stone throws distance away from terminal 21 mall, lots of lots of local food and spas, all of which I tried. It’s also 100 baht away from platinum Mall, central world and Siam. Hop on a p’wan (motorcycle taxi) and skip traffic to get there in 5 mins. I personally love suite hotels since you can keep the room completely clean and also in case one wants to go to bed while the other doesn’t there’s an additional space. Also, when we checked in we were told that 32nd floor had a restaurant and bar where we were allowed 5 free drinks per person and an appetiser per person, which was great though we didn’t really use it since we were always out. Also we were given 20% discount coupons to all restaurants in the hotel. And the pool is gorgeous. It’s on a higher floor even though it doesn’t look it in the images.

Ok hotel / value for money

Hotel rooms are outdated, but the friendly staff makes a lot. Service was good the whole week. Breakfast at 32nd floor is pretty good. The location is between two BTS stations, but you can walk to them easily. Also two big malls near.

Very nice hotel. Staff needs a little bit more knowledge of English, but I was able to do basic talk with most employees there. I especially appreciated the help of Tui, the tour, hired driver guy that helped me..I recommend the hotel.

Residence turned hotel room

Hotel has a grand lobby with tall ceiling and there’s a exclusive line for the execute club. Hotel room is dated and evidently converted from a previous residence room. There is no power plugs beside the bed so phones are left charging a distance away. Breakfast buffet at the executive club has a good and varied spread, you get to enjoy a nice view if you sit beside the windows.

Full of Cockroaches ....

I checked and booked this hotel cosidering it as 5star hotel... I also booked a good room by paying extra... But then the worst thing came in is the washroom is full of cockroaches... it feels really disgusting when u pick up a towel ... there are two cockroaches... when you go to bath your bath tub is covered around 10-15 cockroaches and even in the room... Worst feel ever... How ever bed and service is good... locality is also good... i have to stay 7 nights then i left hotel after three nights.. View from room is also good.

Great location and great pool and gym area. Within close walking distance to sky train and shopping and some pubs. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms seem like they are in the process of a much needed update. Smells like a stale casino on freemont street. First thing I would do if I was them is rip out all the nasty carpet. Breakfast was great, and happy hour is what would bring us back.
