my name is james and i stayed in room 308 for a month, i like the employees that work here, they are very kind, efficient and work hard, i believe this is reflextion of the their general manager, he certainly portrayed these traits. the girl who cleans the room was an angel, so sweet, humble and kind. i strongly believe they need a golf cart back and fourth to main street. it would be very difficult during the rainy season. i think at one time they had one. i also loved the breakfast, lots of great foods and watermelon every day, peace and love to you and the people of thailand, godbless.

Pillows and mattresses complete worn out, usually no hot water or decent water pressure, on a prior visit after checking in found bed was made with dirty sheets. I have stayed here many times in last several years and was great but something changed about a year ago and it seems to be deteriorating rapidly. Not staying here anymore!

Perfect spot for me and my gf to explore Bangkok, whilst it’s close to public transport, when taxis on “grabl” (uber in Thailand) are never more than 5-10€ it’s likely as a tourist you will be using these. Not the best place to bring children as the area at night is where they have there red light district equivalent

Comfy bed, fast wi-fi, great water pressure. Friendly and attentive staff. Hammock in the pool area became a go to hangout. Walk towards end of Soi 10 to get to Benchakitti Park, perfect for early morning walks before breakfast with Western and Asian spread. Perfect location, well lit soi. I will definitely stay here again. What I don't like? Nothing except that I couldn't extend my stay due to availability.

Property is a bit dated, and there were tiny little ants in the bathroom, but they were not a problem. Only saw a few of them. You have to pay for breakfast, which was pretty good, overall it’s a decent hotel. The pool is very small and I didn’t use it so I can’t speak about the pool.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Galleria 10, everything suits my needs for a good hotel in Bangkok, good and welcoming staff, good (upgraded) pool with sun all day, situated in a calm spot of Sukhumvit.

It was okay for the price. The hotel is in an alleyway that is next to a very questionable establishment. It’s near the BTS skyline and shopping centers that are walkable. The bathroom needs to be renovated. AC works.
