Shower head needs a new one . This was our problem when we couldn’t adjusted it. AC thermostats didn’t seems to worked. When it’s reach certain temperature , it shut off and never re-started. Otherwise, the location was very convenience. Mattress needed to be replace , it’s way too soft.

Excellent service and very clean throughout. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were well maintained. The room had a mild odor, and the shower drained poorly. Breakfast could be improved—it mostly consisted of microwaved croissants and muffins. Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel.

A large, clean room, with a view of tall buildings and the BTS station. Helpful employees. Close to public transportation and area felt safe. You will see certain people out and about but most of them are curteous.

The hotel room we booked was very small with no windows. We decided to upgrade but the only option was a executive room for 1200 baht more a night. Breakfast was not included in the room price. We have stayed in the area before and the other places were better value for money. The hotel position was convenient for the sky train.

We usually stay at hotels along Sukhumvit Soi 11. The Ramada was not bad at all! The room was very clean, the hotel has a small roof top pool which we missed. The hotel was very close to my favorite bar/restaurant : Hemingway’s and walking distance to Nana BTS station 😉 Very convenient and a great value:)

I found the rooms to be quite small and the staff to be not super friendly. Didn't have any issues with the staff but just not thai friendly. What i had issues with was not refilling toilet paper all the time, not spare toilet roll and not even tissues provided. With 3 in the room, we ran out of toilet paper nearly every day and had to use our own tissues. Was an ok stay but is supposed to be high rated hotel
