A very nice place to stay. The room was very spacious and had plenty of amenities including a coffee machine. The bathroom was very well presented with everything you need. The staff are amazing at this hotel, very friendly and helpful.

The room was in poor condition as it is quite an old hotel. The rooftop pool and the Indian restaurant on the second floor were both wonderful. The water at the welcome station in the lobby was very funky tasting and the staff told us the popsicles beside this water were not complementary — however when we wanted to purchase one, they couldn’t tell us how much it costed and simply walked off. This made for a poor first impression.

Check in was quick & smooth. All the staff , from the cleaners to the Concierge are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and professional, always with a ready smile. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet hotel but very close to the BTS and Terminal 21. There are lots of dining options very close to the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The service is incredibly friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing after a long day in Bangkok. The location is also excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The breakfast was great, the rooftop pool is a perfect bonus, and overall the hotel offers fantastic value. I highly recommend Park Plaza Soi 18 to anyone visiting Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at several other hotels on Sukhumvit and this will now be our go to hotel! The staff was excellent- so friendly and helpful! The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was super clean. The gym is small, but has free weights and a cable machine. As well as three cardio machines. Breakfast was a good variety and good quality. Fresh egg and pancake station. The street the hotel is on has multiple options for good massages and is quieter than most areas. Super close to public transportation. Our room looked out at another apartment building unfortunately, but we kept our sheer curtains closed and still had sunlight. Maybe ask for a better view room. We loved everything about Park Plaza and will return.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was exceptional, from the doorman, to the concierge, to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and modern. The location was excellent, very close to everything you could want or need. The roof top pool was very nice and a great place to spend a few hours. All in all, exceptional value and we highly recommend!
