Super conveniently located for transport links and maybe slightly longer walking distance to emsphere mall. The smell within and around the hotel wasnt the best and the bedsheets just always felt damp, not sure why. The tablet in the room was a great touch and not something I've had in other sofitels or in other hotels in bangkok.

Great family room with bunkbeds

Family room with bunkbeds was great for our two young kids who don't sleep well when having to share a double like most family rooms are. Great hotel, lovely staff and the best breakfast buffet I've had in a long time! Pool area is great with a shallower bit for little ones and padded sun loungers - so comfy!

Pricey, but you are paying for the location and the service. Not convinced by the tablet controlling everything, the bathroom needs an old fashioned switch to save you fumbling around in the dark when you need the bathroom.

Incredible staff and facilities

The staff is just amazing, the service in this hotel is top of the line. The room size is big enough to have a comfortable stay on it, to work from your room. The breakfast options might improve a little bit but the taste is good. The swimming pool is great, water temperature a little bit cold but it’s just amazing. They might improve the F&B options at the swimming pool. Gym facilities are top of the line.

Great room, central location. The pool was freezing (20 C) and very few used it. I complained and during my stay it got a little better. I don’t understand why they keep the pool at so low temp.
