It was a good stay. Room was small. Location is great. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Staff were polite and friendly. There was a mishap on prepayment but it was not their fault. It was more like a negligent on hotels.com side. Overall it was a good stay.

For $72 USD this is a fantastic choice. The breakfast buffet (included) is very good. Remember I am from Las Vegas so we know buffets.🙂 The pool on the roof was good. There is a Tops Supermaket in the Conrad Hotel 5 minutes away. Overall would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. Staff need more training, as when we checked out we were accused of taking an item from the minibar that we did not take. We had to pay for the item as we were in a hurry, even after telling staff that we did not take anything from the minibar. So a good hotel, somewhat ruined by staff accusing us of stealing a 30 Baht bag of peanuts! And I have stayed at the hotel many times before!

Such an amazing view and complete access to downtown Bangkok, shopping, cultural centers, and dining. This room was incredible and included washer/dryer and mini kitchen. We loved this place though it was very crowded. That was due to the time of year, however, and the hotel was excellent. Will stay here again for sure!
