Front desk clerk not pleasant no information on breakfast ask her a question and it looked like she couldn’t be bothered. Booked for two nights she programs the room key for one night. When I checked in there was no one in the lobby.

The hot water wasn't working. The manager came and ran it a lot. It barely got warm and he left. He never checked at the end of his shift. I put up with it since i just didn't want to move all my stuff. Reluctantly, he gave me a discount at rhe reception when leaving but made NO attempt an apology.

There was hair in the sink when my party arrived. The pool was closed and wasnt advertised at time of check in. There wasnt free wifi, service fee to use. Website stated free wifi service.

Strong deodorizer

We were staying there due to a smow storm so we we just happy to not be driving. Everything about the place was very basic and adequate. The room had been updated nicely. The scent of the deodorizer was sickeningly strong, especially in the hallways. We could not have handled that and the deodorizer in the room for any longer. We were happy to be able to leave the hotel.
