Staff were all extremely nice. Breakfast each morning was excellent, amazing view of the water from our porch and the place was extremely clean. Comfortable bed and property is overall very well kept. Very happy with our stay would definitely recommend and will stay there when we go back.

Great ocean views. Convenient out of town location. Was there for personal travel not a conference. Facility was in okay not great shape. Wall paper in room was poorly applied, some towels had holes. Bed was lumpy. Room and facilty clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast, while basic, was good with broad range of offerings.

Beautiful view from our room with balcony. Very clean facilities and the breakfast was full of good options-one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only bad experience I had was not the fault of the hotel. Our last day/night, a family checked into the room next to us and were loud, slamming the slider to the balcony open and shut multiple times. The kid or kids got up at 4 am jumping and bumping around, yelling and slamming the sliding door open and shut. Just beware that you will hear your next door neighbor if they are loud, but I guess that's most places. Free parking, free breakfast, options for shuttle into town, very walkable into the town of Bar Harbor, beautiful grounds with great views of the ocean. The food at the Bistro was delicious. Overall worth the stay!

Literally one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff is one in a million. The property could use some upgrades but it’s well maintained and it’s obvious they are working on upgrades slowly. We will absolutely return and cannot wait until then! Will also recommend to friends.
