Needs some TLC

The toilet seat was cracked clean through, there were large tears in the window sheers. I would be ashamed to offer this room to a guest. Unfortunately, an obligation with time constraint did not afford me the chance to ask for a different room.

The room itself looked clean when we first entered but as we started putting our things down, it was FILTHY. Brown smears on back of bathroom door, chewed gum in toilet paper dispenser, mold all over tub, used tooth floss pick on the floor, hair on pillow. There was no cleaning staff that could help and because they were sold out- no where to move us to.

Check-in staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. And the bacon was excellent! Eggs were a little cold though. Overall very good value.

Reservation was for king with roll in shower. Staff claimed that info from you stated accessible but did not include “roll in shower”. A staff member went up to the room to confirm it was roll in shower. She verified it was and then left for the day. I went to the room carrying my bags and found the room was not a roll in shower. My husband would not stay as he could not shower. We left and did not stay. The staff member at the desk said the one they have was currently occupied.

Musty mildew smells

Overall okay, but our kids got sick (exacerbated allergies and asthma) from the ac/ heat in this hotel room. The outdated unit was blowing dirty, musty air all night. It was also set to full ac running when we arrived (Dec 26th). We could not adjust the temperature as it was either heat full on or it would switch to cool air if you adjusted it down. Upon entering the elevator, all you smell is pool chemicals and that continues even upstairs. The entire hotel has a musty, mildew smell throughout. In the breakfast room, there was a spot of wallpaper peeling and there was black mold growing on the wall and wallpaper. The breakfast offered was fine, better than expected I guess, but would not stay here again due to the overall condition.
