I gave this 2 stars ba 1 star because the bed was comfortable. The elevator was the scariest thing I've experienced. Loud banging noises and jolts like it was going to fall almost every time I got in it. They said it was inspected and they didn't shut it down since it was only missing one part. They were waiting for the part. Then the key card deactivated every since after we used it. So we had to keep going up and down to get it reactivated. Exhaustimg since we were on an upper floor and I was scared of the elevator. Got so exhausted since I had to go back and forth so often I just started gambled with my life with the elevator. Horrible experience.

Great customer service

The service we received was great. Our room was not very clean or well kept our lights didn’t work by the bed, the tub was stained, the spare sheets had a stain. The pool was not clean and needed a deep clean

Mediocre at best.

Good was alright. Sausage was under done the first day and the second there was no meat option. Beds were great! Didn’t use the WiFi and no transportation. On check in rooms were not ready at 3pm. Once they were. One was not actually ready. Came into towels on the floor in the bathroom, not vacuumed sheets just piled on the bed. Lady at check in was unhelpful and it was the end of her shift. Was rushed and in a hurry. Her replacement was much much better and more helpful. Over all place was clean and the pool although tiny was well kept and the shower water pressure was amazing. Tub was incredibly slippery.

Close to Meijer if you forgot something. Right on Red Arrow Highway connects to so many sights. This time construction on 94 took us an extra hour.

We liked nearly everything about this place. Only complaint was breakfast breads and biscuits were nearly frozen. Need to be thawed a little longer. Like the proximity to the Meijer store.

Great respite during our little beach vacation

From the fast, friendly check-in, to the lemon infused ice water in the lobby, to the clean and comfortable room where our everyone in our family slept well to the small but mighty fitness room to the breakfast, this hotel was the perfect respite during or little beach vacation. The front desk employees were friendly, hospitable and seemed to take pride in there work. They exceeded our expectations for the price during the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Did not like the elevator. It made a crashing noise each time we reached the first floor.4th of July hard to get an Otis man to fix.liked the warm pool, thehot tub, the breakfast, the fast repair for our tv. The outside window needed washing.Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels.Air conditoning was great.
