When I got here Lola the front desk reception repeatedly told me she tried to call me only to admit the phones don’t work and haven’t since 4pm July 30.
She was very unprofessional continuously shrugging her shoulders and saying “I don’t know” to every question I had- she said her only job is “to check people in” to make it worse, Expedia charged my credit card $103 and tried to relocate me to a hotel that was 2 stars and substantially cheaper with no complimentary breakfast. This has been a terrible experience and I will likely not use Expedia again.

The bed had a stain in it 301.. and the plug by the sink did not work the Tv kept glitching but everything else was good I had a good stay. So 8/10 I’ll give it
You can improve the experience by making a/c outlets accessible and available at both sides of the bed. Adding a desk or working surface for a laptop would have been helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good variety and different on the two days we were there. We were disappointed that the pool was green and cloudy and we could not use it. Our floor smelled of marijuana. On our first night, 3 maybe 4 vehicles were broken into.
The staff at this property left me perplexed. Jjst rude an uninterested in being of any help. I could list multiple things, but they are all similar. When we were ready to turn in for the night we realized there was no bedding for the pull out. I called the desk and was told if i wanted it i could go get it. Had to put a bra (ladies you know the pain lol) back on and go down. I stood at the desk while employees (assuming the other person was) chatted when i was finally acknowledged i was told "thats it get it yourself" as she motioned to a blanket on another part of the desk. One blanket. I asked about sheets to which she replied, "thats it." The pool area had trash spilled and overflowing from the trash cans and the water was super gross and cloudy. The breakfast was good however the employees were rude. The bed was comfortable however I paid more for a high floor and thats not what I got. If it was dont make the mistake and pay more.
