We were given Room #130 ground floor one door away from the Storage/Cleaning/Laundry room. the door was left open and the smell of cleaners were in the air all the time. The room was less than good. Original room was on the second floor but since your hotel does not have an elevator we had to be placed on the first floor. What hotel that only has indoor stairs has NO ELEVATOR? The room needs lots of help and I mean LOTS!!!!! I want a REFUND!!!!!!!! I repeat I want a refund. Country Inn and Suites should be ashamed of the condition of this room and Expedia should feel the same. Also there were no other rooms available according to your staff.
This looks like a toilet in a gas station.

The tissue is white, what color does the towel look??? Not white. And the sheets are the same color. So this makes me believe not bleach was used in the laundry.
Toilet was leaking. The chalking need to be replaced.

For the most part my visit was great. I had a family emergency and asked to stay one more night. Was told there were no openings. I went online and found that there was 8 rooms open. When I mentioned it to the clerk. He said he had Suites only, sorry. Found another hotel, so all worked out

Perfect location

The room had a very bad smell to it. To be honest it smelled like a urinal, but house keeping ran a machine to get rid of smell. It had been an issue. But after they did their thing it was a lot better. Otherwise the stay was good. Location was also very good. They had a continental breakfast that was very good also.

Plug did not work for bathtub. I reserved a jacuzzi suit and it was not available at check in. They found me another room eventually. There were no towels in the pool area and they had none available when asked. Very many complaints from other guests as well but I can't speak for them. Will not be back.

It was in a good location. Room door wouldn't shut & latch by itself. Refrigerator wasn't level. Just a few things needed to be adjusted in the room. The room was very spacious! Pool was cold!!!! The staff was very friendly & ready to help in any way possible. It was a good stay!

The room and hotel was decent. I expected better for the price and was disappointed that the room smelled as if it had been doused in perfume to cover up other smells. Overall it did the job and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! It’s hard to find a good hotel breakfast now a days and this hotel had it!
