Great experience and I would return. Location, big room and facilities are top notch. Had my room not ready at check-in and had a quick recovery w F&B voucher. Very good. 👍 Staff can be more attentive at Thirty8. I had to shout out to get their attention after I've walked over to get drinks menu and it wasn't crowded.

I am so impressed with the level of service that was provided at this magnificent hotel im a fan anytime im in KL I will only be staying at the mandarin to me service is what matters when coming to a hotel and they go above and beyond much more impressed then the four seasons KL for the value it is unmatched special shout out to Ramesh every time I went to the pool he was there with the biggest smile on his face happy to help me with any of my needs in my opinion he should be recognized by the hotel he truly understands the art of service and hospitality thank you Mandarin Oriental KL for the amazing stay this was one to remember

Always love to stay here as it is sooo convenient. Literally a step away from the : - Express train to airport - direct train line to klcc / pasar seni / masjid jamek - nu shopping center With regards to being eco friendly - need some improvement. Although i consciously hang my towels, it will be changed everytime there's housekeeping. (I only get them to clean the room on alternate days). Overall love the hotel for the convenient.
