Checked in at 2am upon arrival, front desk was located 1 level up, and the personnel was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I was checked in promptly with a warm chocolate chip cookie. Entering my room, I was greeted by a cool air-conditioned, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Hotel is in city centre, with lots of Grabs servicing the location. Also conveniently located in a mall as well, with lots of food options. Truly a pleasant stay
