No phone in room. The light in restroom didn’t work only one light which was very deem and yellow, couldn’t put on my makeup. The whole toilet was loose, I almost fell when it was tilting. The key card didn’t work 3 times, I had to go downstairs to get it rescan. Coffee was warm not hot, didn’t have any good choices or fruit. Won’t come back

No tissues in room. Door to room was nearly impossible to get in or out. Had to ask for nearly every thing at breakfast. Evening clerk, PJ, was wonderful and patient trying to fix broken tv.

Don’t stay here

I stayed here for work. After a long drive across the state I arrived at midnight. The guy at the front desk was super sweet and went above and beyond. I get to the room get in bed and think I see something in the bed with me. I get up and I don’t see anything. I get up at 5am head to work. I get off work at 1am and drag into the room and crash. The next morning I wake up and there are baby roaches climbing all over the night stand and TV. I’m now paranoid that I may have brought a critter home with me. Don’t stay here unless you want to take a friend home with you. On the plus side the customer service part was great!

My first room had hair in the bed and stains on the fitted sheet.. after moving me to an updated sweet the room had low lighting and 3 of the four lamps were not plugged in and one of them had no lightbulb.. the rest of the room was fine and the staff was quick to try and resolve the issue. It was a decent experience and I was able to charge my EV no problem over night. Given the same budget in the future I may consider staying here again.

We know they had their hot breakfast available but we didnt try it.. the beds were fairly comfortable.. the pillows need to be more plush.the problem we had was the smell.. it has a wet smell to it and there seems to be humidity issue in the room. Our bedding would feel damp and our towels would not dry after use. Even after they cleaned and sanitize the room, after a few hours it would go back to that old wet towel smell. Yes, we changed rooms but it was the same..
