The hotel manager was great. I was unaware that I had booked a smoking room. There were plenty of non-smoking rooms available at the hotel, but hotels.com would not allow the manager or me to change my stay to a non-smoking room. Extremely disappointing as I was not given any option to cancel the reservation and book somewhere else. It was not comfortable being in a smoking room as the smell of smoke permeates everything in the room. I will never book with hotels.com again.

The room stunk like old rotten bleach rags, the TV didn't work.and the shower was not working. I talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do for me I had to have my sister pick me up and my brother in law to bring me back to check out without speaking to the actual manager. I had to speak to a kiosk screen to a woman who claimed to be from another country and seemed AI generated. I'm hoping I'm out the money for this stay that was a disaster and Expedia will make sure I'm not ripped off. Wish I would have taken pictures.

I had to leave a review it was too bad

Had to sleep in my car the room was so bad. They fingerprinted me at the kiosk-no people at the ofice. Strong odor was burning my eyes. Took the sheets off because of red stains. Skin was itching on the bed. People loitering outside. Thumping from the 2nd floor. Not exaggerating. Its that trashy. Didn't feel safe or comfortable. Wish I had spent the extra 10 bucks for Beymount.
