This place was clean, plenty of activities, pretty good night entertainment. The internet access was miss in our room, no room service to clean the rooms. I would recommend this place for a quick getaway with that someone special.

We stayed there for two nights, thought the place was a little dated. The activities were plenty, the pool and hot tub in our room was great, we had problems with internet not being available in our room. Unfortunately housekeeping was a no show. We thought the night entertainment was pretty good. I would recommend this place.

I went for my birthday with my significant other. The champagne tower jacuzzi was the best! I also loved the heated heart shaped pool in my room. The food was very good aswell. A lot of options. The view of the pool in my room from the bedroom was amazing. They decorated my room and had champagne for us. Also the games were pretty fun. We won and got little necklaces.

This iconic property has not been well Maintained over the years. We enjoyed the idea and made the best of it. The bartender in the main restaurant “Gina” was amazing and nostalgic sharing her stories of her 30 year career there at the resort.

The property was beautiful however I did not like the fact that there was mold in the bathroom. In addition to the mold in my room, I did not like the fact that I could not leave my room without a deer being in my face. I felt very unsafe, and I didn’t like the fact that there was no warning of the of the popularity of the Deers. I will never go back to cold Haven.

Baecation for by boyfriend’s birthday. The property was good for the most part. Great customer service and friendly people. Lots of friendly deers waiting to be fed outside your door. Lots of activities. I enjoyed couples bingo and trivia. Billy O was so funny and entertaining. Food and drinks was great. Bartender remembered us and our favorite drinks Thursday to Saturday. Dislike….outdated rugs and fixtures, water pressure was slow. Also no takeout for leftovers at the restaurant. No microwave no where and you can’t bring your own. They ran out of straws.
