The room was clean, but the elevator was broken full the entire stay and I had to carry my luggage to the third floor was hard to do with my knee injuries. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known the elevator was broken. The staff made no effort to assist.

I really enjoyed my stay because of how friendly staff was! The walls were thin between rooms and it was difficult to get to parking, especially when guests checking in blocked the way to the lot. Other than that I feel this was a great place for families to stay that is affordable and conveniently located near the MCRD at Parris Island.

The hotel is dated, don’t clean rooms unless you request it. Only one USB port so you have to bring a brick. I had to get new keys because they kept erasing . They offer free breakfast but most guest are there for the Marine graduations have to leave @ 5am but breakfast starts @ 6:30.

The hotel stunk like cat urine. Stains on the blankets and a stench from the mattress. Pool was not heated. There were rowdy/rude guests at the pool. Gym was laughable. All ice machines were broken. Just, No.
