I really enjoyed my stay because of how friendly staff was! The walls were thin between rooms and it was difficult to get to parking, especially when guests checking in blocked the way to the lot. Other than that I feel this was a great place for families to stay that is affordable and conveniently located near the MCRD at Parris Island.

The hotel is dated, don’t clean rooms unless you request it. Only one USB port so you have to bring a brick. I had to get new keys because they kept erasing . They offer free breakfast but most guest are there for the Marine graduations have to leave @ 5am but breakfast starts @ 6:30.

The hotel stunk like cat urine. Stains on the blankets and a stench from the mattress. Pool was not heated. There were rowdy/rude guests at the pool. Gym was laughable. All ice machines were broken. Just, No.

No one was at front desk when we arrived so I had to call the front desk and I was told he was in the bathroom. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes before calling the Hotel and was listening to these people chat away in the back before calling on the phone to get someone to come out to greet me and to try and check in early and then he wasn't very friendly about anything Bathroom in room was dirty and looks like mold is growing around the tub. A bug that looked like a roach to me on the bathroom floor too Sheets were dirty and had to be change - Hairs on them and gritty like sand plus some kind of bug and they made us come to the desk to grab the new bedding Not a good experience

The property was close to Parris Island for military graduation. Bed was ok, needs new mattress. Bathroom left a little to be desired - could use caulk around tub, clean up paint spots on the floor. Couldn't take shower, the tub didn't drain, the water was ice cold - no hot water... the water in sink faucet was fine. The staff was friendly enough, but I really didn't interact with them that much.

The shower dripped the room smelt like mildew and had a water damage spot around fire sprinkler refrigerator was barely cold pool was freezing and whrilpool was barely as warm as a baby's bath but the desk staff were wonderful very helpful always greeted us with a smile she was the best part of your hotel also no ice in hotel
