The room was infested with roaches, they were on the bed under the sheets, in the bathroom, microwave and I had some cookies that i was eating and I sat them down to go shower and when i went to pick the cookies up, the roaches were all inside the package, I wanted to request a refund or move to another room but that didn't go in my favor.

Alarms ringing... Literally.

Beds were rock hard, pool was green, we killed a roach in the bathroom, shower was lukewarm, floors were sticky. When we arrived, the smoke detector our room was beeping because of a dead battery. We informed the front desk and someone came in and just hit the reset button. It started beeping again at 5:30 in the morning and woke me up. Overall, my teenage daughter and I (a woman who has lived in some rough areas in my life) did not feel safe. Will not return.
