Good value

Very good value. My only complaint is that the front door to the room had some damage, and was not always easy to open. Breakfast was better than most lower-cost hotels with eggs and bacon.

When I arrived the young man told me that he didnā€™t have and could not locate my reservation. I offered the confirmation number and he continued to state that he didnā€™t see it. Once he located it, he stated that someone had written ā€œDO NOT CHECK INā€ on my reservation in all caps. He eventually checked me in but Iā€™m sure you can understand my anxiousness and frustration with the situation.
