Couldnt get the TV to work- very limited channel selection, and staff never responded to our request for assistance. Housekeeping had to get maintenance personnel to unstop bathroom sink, which was finally cleared. Requested new bulb in TAble lamP twice, and requested assisitance with turning off and re-setting Alarm both of which were never attended to. Hallways were dirty due to renovation of hotel. Other than that, staff was very friendly and efficient and stay was very pleasant.

I liked the included hot breakfast, although they didn't have any toppings (nuts, raisons, cinnamon) for the oatmeal. The room wasn't quite finished with the renovation (splatter of texture on thw window and flooring, paint on door handles), but i did like the hardwood flooring. The bathroom was nice except for the shower curtain wasn't quite long enough. Hopefully, all the renovations will be done soon.

Best of the worst!

It is a shame La Quinta does not caution travelers ruble noise all night long!that their hotels are remodeling! At least you could EXPECT some inconvenience in advance! Lumberton tried to offset inconvenience with a nice bar offering iced lemon water, coffee & cookies. It had the softest towels ever! Best breakfast ever! The bathroom was falling apart & construction dust on the floor. The refrigerator was horribly noisy all night. How can reviews be accurate in the throws of a construction zone! I think their prices should reflect conditions.
