Completely not good air conditioning barely works .tenants next door had a dog that barked day and night . The people that had dog played tv on max until 3am and fought and argued all night not good at all

Hotel needs help do t stay here

A/C didn’t cool room Tv didn’t wk no phone in room the internet service was hit or miss had to go out side to use call phone not enough staff to run a Hotel wet disappointed

Looks nice outside, horrible inside.

After a long drive, we finally got to the hotel. Got into our room and you can tell it was not cleaned and beds just made. There was coffee in the sink, a drink still in the fridge. Hair and dirt on the floor. Went down to get another room and they only had 1 left(which door wouldn't open so clerk had to use an actual key to open our door) and only a king. Brought us a cot for our third guest but the sheets were dirty on it. Just slept on the couch which was terrible. Room smells like smoke, AC doesn't work well. Pillows are hard as a rock and so soft it's like laying your head directly on the bed, there is no in between. If it wasn't midnight when we finally were able to get settled we would've just taken the loss on the room and go somewhere else but we were exhausted.

Other than no cell service inside the property, as soon as I walked out of the hotel cell service restored. Still can’t understand why this is the only hotel I have ever been in without cell service inside of the rooms I even have WiFi and personal hotspot and seems they were both rendered useless. Weird other than that it’s a nice , clean place , very friendly staff . I will stay again in the future hope the cell service thing is rectified.

It was clean with a few areas needing attention but there was renovations being made. Key card had to be reprogrammed a couple of times. Elevator went down for maybe an hour in the AM. Staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating.

They are remodeling (have been doing so for some time) Paint splatter on the desk phone and window ledge. Poor workmanship on the extra safety door latch. Desk phone left on bedside nightstand, phone plug is under the desk, and very difficult to access (I needed to get on my hands and knees and use the cellphone flashlight. Hallway carpet not well vacuumed, could use a good deep cleaning/shampooing.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we got there the wait at the desk was very long due to the two feont desk girls messing ip both check ins in feont of us. When it was my turn they stated they couldnt read my credit card number and i had to read it aloud for them. The hallways and elevators were filthy. When we got to our room there was a blanket over the window being used for a curtain. The bathtub had a huge chunk out of it. The bedspread was stained and the TV didnt work. The only reason i gave 1 star was because the pool was clean and the maid was friendly.

Our lights went out due to weather so we decided to stay at la Quinta, and it was nice clean, and comfortable for my family and I. They were doing construction, so they had signs indicating they were working on the building.
