The overall hotel was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area needs restoration. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but I decided not to get in because of the need for cleaning and repair. The manager did ask the next morning how my stay was, and I mentioned it. She seemed very open to checking into it. Overall, the hotel was clean.

I asked the service individual to (after we checked out) to wipe down the inside of the bathroom door. It was very dirty, also was the lamps and shades. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water in the sink. overall the room and bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. the room cleanliness was only adequate.

Didn't like the weekend staff, somewhat rude. Lack of transportation options, great place for adults, even ages 12 and up. This location simply doesn't have the right mix of facilities and outside activity for younger children.

In town was great. The dog next door continued to bark until late. Our room smelled HORRIBLE. We were double charged for every transaction and had to wait for refund. Management reached out and was super nice and got our refund back quickly. Seemed like the staff needed a little more training for check in.

Requested a ground floor room due to pet availability to go to the bathroom outside! They put me on the 3rd floor! Got off of the elevator and immediately smelled pot being smoked! My room wreaked from the smell the entirety of my stay! Throughly put off…won’t choose to stay again!
