No covered parking for check in with handicapped parking taking up all the front entrance a very bad set up. It’s raining and you have to take luggage through parking lot to get checked in.

Loved everything about it, at first. Check in-great/easy. After check in, needed to use the clothes dryer. Once found, it only took quarters. Went to front desk to get quarters. Miss Not so Friendly Now, said w attitude, I had to have cash for change. Even though I had a credit card on file for incidentals, is this not one? I had no cash on me. In a "do everything on your phone" world, I could not use a dryer in one of the world's largest hotel chains. Not happy.

Nice hotel and good location. Only Marriott I’ve been to that has a breezeway under the door, so there’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the hall— it was also possible to peek through the door frame similar to a bathroom stall. Staff was nice, but every time we went up to the front desk there wasn’t anyone there. When checking out I had to call the hotel (while standing at the front desk) just to get someone to the front.

The property was clean and front desk staff was warm and inviting. But there was no water at the hotel and that should have been disclosed upon checking in. Next day , still, no water. Couldn’t flush toilet and no solution from the hotel on a resolution. We provided water flush and bathe. Disgusting.
