Got lost on the way to the hotel. I called the hotel and the staff member was extremely friendly and was able to give me directions. Make sure you use the hotel name or if you copy the address it says State Route in front of the address. No fault to the hotel because they gave me perfect directions and Check in was very quick. Very clean. Breakfast was great with snacks to pick from for a snack later in the day or for the road. Only complaint is that it is by the highway and you can hear the trucks pass by. It's great when leaving because you can hop right on the highway however you can hear trucks pass over the bridge. We just turned up the volume on the TV and that worked. Turn the sleeper mode off too so the TV doesn't turn off in the middle of the night and you don't hear the highway. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. Overall good stay!

Our room faced the freeway and the sound of traffic going by, especially semi trucks, was very loud and irritating. Also, the door of our room had a large gap in it when the door was closed. You could actually see the light from the hallway coming through the space. I felt unsafe in that room. Never will stay there again.

Given the Holiday Inn is located beside the Interstate, Road noise is a given. Lori at Registration was very welcoming and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom door tended to drag on the floor when opened. Overall a good experience and would stay here again if in the area.

It's in a convenient location and I picked it because you serve breakfast. However the breakfast was cold. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Nice clean hotel with plenty of niceties

I think this hotel offers more for the money than any other hotel I have stayed in lately. The staff was excellent to include, Lori, Vince and Girard. The breakfast was excellent, definitely a big plus to start your day and something we looked forward to. I highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the Poconos. We will book here again.
