The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. Our tv quit working shortly after getting our room and he offered to move us but we liked our room location.

The location and cost were excellent. The bed was very comfortable but the room had a musty odor-we slept with the window open. We were too tired when we arrived to ask for a room switch, so that’s on us. Breakfast was not great. The coffee machine only dispensed cold coffee, the hot coffee was out of order. The hotel could have bought a cheap coffee maker until the machine got fixed. People went across the parking lot to Perkins for coffee.

The room smelled. Two employees demonstrated good customer service but several others did not. In the morning the night person at desk was sitting on lobby couch watching tv and ignored us. The coffee machine did not serve hot coffee but could get iced coffee, according to note on machine. While looking for ice machine, there were two employees sitting at a table talking lobby and ignored my wife holding the empty ice bucket and me holding a small beverage cooler. Then spoke to another employee who guided us to machine. The ice machine has a note on it saying not to use this machine to put ice in coolers( we did). Later spoke to a manager and told her about all these issues. She said it was night employee. Said we should have bought ice because machine is old.

Front receptionist at check-in was helpful and pleasant.Location of hotel was convenient to the downtown and the major attractions. The hotel is a little out dated but functional.Great shower pressure, bathroom sink drained slowly needs a little service check up. Beds are too soft for our liking but slepted well. Thank you 🙏
