New owners very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Looks like new owners trying to fix the place up. But we enjoyed our stay while coming to Sturgis 85th Anniversary

Mediocre

This place was ok, not great. I won’t stay here again. The only good things I can say are the beds were comfy and the water pressure from the shower was really good. My stay was 3 days and my room didn’t get serviced at all, very bad! Room had a hole on the wall that looked like it had been there a while. It’s an easy fix if they cared to do it. There’s a nice little breakfast spot across the street which was really good.

If you need an inexpensive room during the summer this is it, roadside is noisy, rooms are older, but clean. Staff is very nice.

I would have turned my nose up at this hotel and gone elsewhere if it was refundable. Visible filth on walls, holes in walls, former guests waste in un-scrubbed toilet. The property smelled like a restaurant, and had stale dampness in the air. I didn’t bring shower shoes so I didn’t take one with all the scum in the tub. The best part of the property was one of the room cleaners who was very attentive to me if only I had a room she had cleaned and if maintenance kept up on details.
