The shuttle driver did not help people with their bags nor was there even room on the shuttle fir suitcases. On return trip we called the Hotel as soon as we landed and they said the shuttle is on the way. The hotel is less than 10min from the airport and we were waiting at the hotel pickup lane for 45min. Same driver, same lack of help with fitting bags in the van. The service is ghetto and should be addressed. Other than that the hotel stay was fine and served its purposes

This is the second time I stay, first time was amazing. Clean and very nice. This time was dirty bathroom and carpet, noisy fridge and air conditioner that didn’t let me sleep. Very unpleasant. The hotel was full and it felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Smoking in property daily! Female guest from second floor soliciting my spouse and other male guests for dirty business; and nothing was done about it. This was extremely disrespectful and disturbing to say the least as all employees are aware of the situation and close a blind eye because they are afraid of losing their jobs! Prostitution 101 going on openly at this establishment!

Extremely unsafe and dangerous! Loud and obnoxious people were staying there. Smoking cigarettes and weed inside “nonsmoking” rooms; and infested with bugs. When you tell management they do not care as they look the other way as if you are not present. Extremely disappointed with overall stay at La Quita.
