The property is moderatly maintained, carpets in the stairwell are in need of cleaning and the closet door mirror in my suite was cracked. Some of the glassware and bowls had food and other stains on them. The hotel does not service the room unless you ask. On the second day of my stay I was making the bed and found blood stains and other bodily fluid stains on the comforter, not mine mind you. I contacted housekeeping to get my room serviced and bedding changed, was told it would be done. Came back that evening to the same mess at which point I contacted the front desk again and they got it done. My issue is that the there was no way the maid staff could have missed it when they seviced the room after the last guest which means they did not change the linens in-between guests which is not sanitary. I hope the management takes it seriously and addresses it with the staff.

The walls and the ceiling was paper thin, i heard everything that people were talking about in the other rooms, the people above us had kids tha woke up at 5am and just ran around and dropping stuff on the floor. Needless to say my wife and i did not get any sleep.

Room was great. Bathroom was a little dirty. There were black hairs on the shampoo dispenser ( I’m bald) and hairs in the tub. Also looked like there was mold in the ceiling on the shower. Love the property except for the train that seemed to right outside the window. I know it’s not the hotels fault but if your a light sleeper ask for a room facing the front lot .
