My second time staying here and I really like it. The restaurants have tasty food too. We didn’t win, but had a great time, and the beds are comfy with nice black out curtains.

Big, clean, updated rooms with comfortable beds. Ate at the cafe for breakfast. Reasonable price, excellent omelet. Lobby of the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke bad. Made me a little concerned for the rooms but no smoke stink in the rooms and very nice! Excellent value, and about 10 or 15 minutes past bellingham.

We booked a room in the South Tower. At check-in, Brian (front desk agent) said he was moving us to a North Tower room due to repairs happening in the South. He said we'd like the room in the North due to a nicer bathroom. He was right! We loved the stay, won a little $ in slots, enjoyed the hot tub at 9p (adults only time) and were surprised at how delicious the food in the cafe/grill was after our visit to the pool.

Have not stayed here for a while and it seems that they have curtailed much of the service. Asked for wine glasses and a bottle opener for the room. Had to go down to the reception for the opener and walk to the Casino bar to get glasses. Staff ignored us walking through the empty reception area. The restaurants (except one) are all closed during the week and the bar had nothing for selection. You are kind of captive here as it is not close to anything, so would expect to have more options in the building.

Nice stay. Very nice Casino. One of the cleaner ones I’ve been to (not as much cigarette smoke like others I’ve been at). The room was very quiet. Some of the outlets didn’t work though and desk was a little sticky and finger prints on tv stand so not sure if they were even wiped down. Staff was courteous in every location and check in was a breeze (even had a room ready before check in). Good restaurants!

Because we went midweek two of the restaurants are closed , steakhouse and panasia we really like them both but you can’t have everything Lol love the silver reef

The casino itself was about what I expected, nothing extraordinary but fine for what it is. My main issue, however, was with the room. The sink clearly needed some plumbing attention, as it drained very slowly and would start to back up if left running for even a short time. The toilet also felt quite flimsy. The handle would hit the tank lid every time it was flushed, and the entire tank felt unstable, like it might come loose at any moment. Overall, the bathroom fixtures seemed worn out and in need of repair or replacement. For a property associated with a casino, I expected the room quality to be a little higher. Some updates and maintenance would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
