Anniversary getaway

I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the hotel/casino had to offer. Had a very nice meal in one of the restaurants and played games until the wee hours. We will likely come back soon.

Not worth the money at ANY rate!

The in room tablet which is supposed to give you access to room service, music, your folio, etc never worked. I stopped by the front desk and was told oh we will make a note of it. Then the toilet, it was cery wobbly, at first i thought it was the lid, no it was the bolts. When i told housekeeping, they said go to the front desk and they will tell maintenance. I did that and i was flippantly told, "call Expedia". I was not looking for or asking for a credit, but when the staff does not care enough to make sure things are working and safe, that is a giant red flag. How housekeeping can clean the toilet and the floor around it and not notice (most likely didn't care) the issue is beyind me. When i was checking in on the 26th, the South Tower had no water and i was placed in the North Tower. I called Hotels.com/Expedia and they were told by the manager they were not crediting the stay. That was not the reason for the call. I called and asked for the manager, she did call over 4 hours later and left a message but I was busy. I will attempt to speak with her again. This was a horrible experience. I travel frequently, and I have had better service from one star properties than this so called "resort"!
The in room tablet for amenities showed this for the entire stay no matter what was tried! The front desk said not their problem call Expedia!

Front desk staff are not helpful or friendly. We had issues with the first room they gave us ( smelt like Marijuana) came back down to notify the front desk and instead of apologizing they asked me if it was the floor. I have no idea what it was but it smelled like weed in the entire room. They gave us to another room where the tub drain was clogged, so we had to request a maintenance person come fix it. Again to apology. Every time we would walk by the front desk it was social hour with them. They where chatting about there personsl lives. Not professional at all!

Great parking, clean and spacious room, woth a great view, secure elevators, friendly hotel staff. Easy access from I-5. Well staffed and helpful front desk. Lots of luggage trolleys. Safe. Will definately stay there again. Not great for children under 21. Small pool, tiny hot tub, sub par restaurant food. Must have ID to be on premises. Recommend getting free players card as it provides a chance to win money and enjoy discounts. Great baked goods at small booth.

Got a Deluxe Suite in the North Tower. Was in town for a wedding. Didn’t do any gambling but did eat at The Red River Cafe most meals. Only mildly smelt like cigarettes in the walkway between the hotel to the casino and into gambling floor. That was due to a smoking room being right there. Otherwise it wasn’t bad and our room definitely didn’t smell.
