Our room was in the North Tower...room was great, walk in shower,and there was a refrigerator..Only complaint was, couldnt get the shampoo out of the container in shower.

I didn't like the Cigarette smell all in the hotel lobby flore by the check in, the Jacuzzi needs a update on the flooring it feels very old and it cut's you up a little.

I liked that the hotel was quite sound proof and I felt safe coming and leaving my room. I also liked that the casino has taken the non smoking approach. I'm glad there are dining options. The Red River restaurant needs to get food to customers while it's still hot especially when there are few customers dining. All in all we had a good experience.

Everyone was wonderful except the rep in casino when we had to get new cards rep was rude. Husband was being served and i was waiting. Girl asked if she could help. I mentioned she looked busy and she said she was but she fugured she could help if she had to. Was taken back. Girl that was sevicing husband was wonderful. Made sure we new everything to know.
