Nice place. The lady at counter needs to be reminded that Expedia brings customers to the hotel. She complained to three (me included) how Expedia reservations are difficult and troublesome. Pottery itself is in great condition, clean and safe. Dining limited to brewery next door, where you have to stay in line for 10 min to get one beer.

Great stay! We checked in early evening, I wanted something to eat and the folks at the desk suggested the Berthoud Brewing Company which is just across the parking lot. It is a very well kept property in a nice quite safe neighborhood. Nice breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay

If you have a pet, definitely schedule room service with the front desk. Communication with housekeeping was difficult. We totally enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the towels would not dry just by hanging them. So we had to get new ones more often than being able to reuse them.

Nice place, clean and friendly staff. There were some colorado pot smokers in the front and the host quickly ran them off. The propertywas cleanand updated.

Check - in with Megan was so easy and she is really nice and supportive, she helped arrange our roll-away bed without any problem, and we were all checked in pronto. Trinity was also very nice and friendly, had a big smile and can-do attitude, A wonderful hotel, will be coming back here again and again. :)

Got the most expensive suite. Very disappointed. SPARSE describes Everyting about it. Bare walls , no artwork. Cheap, small TV with speakers like a cell phone. No bottles of water or snacks. NOISY at he traffic end of the building , noise all night. A strandard room would have been better.
