Disappointed the pool and hot tub was out of service. Wish we were notified about the pool being broken. Staff weren’t friendly. Hotel was outdated. Outside garbage can was overflowing and werent change the whole 3 day we stayed here. Bad experience and wouldnt stay here again. Very quiet hotel and breakfast was good.

Needs updating

We arrived very late for check and were greater with an employee at the check in desk who smelled like weed. When we opened the door to our room, you could immediately see the stains on the carpet. The sofa was filthy, I didn’t even want to put my suitcase on it and definitely did not want any of my family to sit on it. Many of the outlets did not work and the ceiling light kept flickering. We had the air on but the room still felt very damp. One of my son’s shirts felt like he ran a marathon, it was that wet. I had thought about asking for another room but based on the hallway carpet and elevator floors, I didn’t think it would be any different. The breakfast area was clean and had many options which was nice. The lobby area was clean. This hotel is old and definitely needs updating!
