When we checked in we were made aware that the internet was out. The young lady at the desk was nice and let us know she wasn't sure when the internet would be back. We went ahead and checked in because we were planning on being there for 5 days so we werent worried about it. By the time we went to bed it was back on. That night we had an issue with our towels i went down stairs and no one was at the desk. So we tried to get ahold of someone and we didn't so i waited until morning and the day desk manager/maintenance man was the best! He took care of my problems and worked really hard to try to make up for the mishaps. Unfortunately, we had another mishap with the housekeeper but the lady at the desk helped us and everything worked out. Despite the mishaps it was a really good stay especially for the price. We will definitely be back when we come to visit our family in town.
