Great place that could use some room upgrades

I found this lodge to be a good value and the customer service to be excellent. While the facilities were very clean and well kept, some of the rooms seemed a bit tired. I would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have coffee cup, cant watch any of the program on TV at all. Try to restart multiple times - still didn’t work. room was clean but not spotless. The kids love the bunk bed. Bed is comfy

It would have been nice to know we were getting charged for parking when we checked in, instead i found out when we were checking out. For the price we paid parking should have been included.

Check-in was quick, easy, and smooth. Staff were kind, efficient, and friendly at both the front desk and at their restaurant, Currents. The food and drinks were delicious. Our room had a fireplace and we were right on the river. The room is very spacious and cozy. Highly recommend!

They where nice rooms the view and the sound of the river running through the front of our balcony was all worth it next time we are going to try for the bottom floor to get the fire pit

Loved the room we stayed in with bunk beds, comfortable and cozy. Two sinks more than we needed in the bathroom but lovely to have! Indoor pool was great for the kids and hot tub a not too hot temp. Wish they had a breakfast bar or coffee available all day, but otherwise loved our stay. Bend staff always friendly and kind.

The staff was friendly but a little slow in my opinion (could be a culture difference as we’re from the Bay Area). The rooms could definitely have been cleaner! Some of the available amenities were subpar; steam room, spa, dog relief areas. I liked that they are dog friendly but weren’t transparent about the additional pet fee of $40 per night along with the resort fee and nightly parking fee on a 3 night stay it was almost $300. Something to keep in mind when weighing options for economics. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it stays busy and can cause parking issues around dinner time.
