When we called to book, I asked questions because of reviews I read-we were told construction was done and that their price included a continental breakfast. When we arrived construction was very much going on, front entrance blocked, workers had music blaring, and the breakfast was a bag breakfast we had to pick up from the front desk. When I asked the desk person about what we were told, the response I received was “well I was the one working when you called and I did not say that”. To add-the person I spoke with was a male and the person who checked me in was a female….

This hotel has been remodeling for a couple of years and still hasn’t finished. My room key wouldn’t even work for my room. To over price for the condition of the hotel

The property is being renovated and I was placed in an old room with a toilet that ran my entire stay. The desk in the room was old and scratched up and the lounge chair was filthy. I was told by housekeeping all of the rooms on the first floor were new and renovated for the price I paid to stay in this hotel, I wished that I was placed in one of the remodeled rooms.

The roof on the loading area was MISSING just the framing as there stuff plastered all over the walls someone was playing music in the dining area I got a contact high from just getting out of the truck I seen all that walked back out without checking in our trying to get my money back and found somewhere else to stay

Don't stay here until repairs are finished

The building is under construction, but no one has been working there in a long time. The front desk employee told us that the contractors had walked off the job. The front canopy has been partially removed and there is yellow caution tape blocking it off. There was a party out front and coolers and empty beer cans littered the area when we checked out at 9:00 AM. All landscaping has been removed and there is painting scaffolding set up in numerous places around the building. There is no breakfast service. You can request a bag of cold items. The water has left an iron stain in the bath-tub that was gross.

I like the staff. Great and friendly. The property was in shambles. Maybe it was in the middle of repairs, but it seemed like it was an abandoned work site. To be honest, i wasnt paying top dollar for a room and a hotel that was in the middle of a construction zone.

Bathroom door was very loud. They had a pool but couldn’t swim because it’s green and doing updates as well. The staff was great room was clean other than the pool and the loud door. I would stay there again.
