The front desk staff was absolutely the BEST! I had an unusual request. The front desk stars made it happen without ANY issues ♥ It NEVER hurts to ask. The worst thing that can happen is they say "no."

Our family trip to Michigan started off bad (but I’m sure it will get better!) We got 2 rooms and both rooms were dirty. Used linens in both. Dirty towels with hair and lots of hair in shower and floor of bathroom. I usually don’t have any issues with Hampton Inns, but this was bad. I asked for the manager to talk to me, but they on a call. Then on a call when I called a couple hours later. Then left vm w/ no response. If they clean the rooms better, I’m sure this would be a great place to stay.

It was 5 pm when we checked in but they were still cleaning rooms. Seemed staff not taking their job seriously. Check in clerk not smiling; breakfast clerk didn’t warn coffee even I reminded her coffee not warm. The hotel recently remolded but the remodel work was lousy. The toilet was not stable when sitting on it with shaking.
