You dont get what you paid for.
Booked a suite for a family weekend. What room i booked online was not the room we received. There was supposed to be 2 queens and a bedroom with a king. Instead we got a king and queen bed in the main room and a pull out couch in the bedroom. I called the front desk to complain and was told they gave us the room we booked and didnt offer any explanation why it didnt match what i reserved. She just said a pull out couch was a bed. Um...not when it was supposed to be a king size bed. Plus the room was not as pictured as well. Dirty, torn carpet, bathroom tub was chipped and stained. Furniture cracked and living room furnishings were stained. "Courtyard" was messy. Our "courtyard " view was not much to look at. Apartment complex next door was noisy at night and we witnessed people enter the hotel gate by the pool from apartment complex. Breakfast was the same every morning and not as pictured. Stop posting pics of your hotel from a newly built one. It should be labeled as false advertisement. You definitely dont get what you pay for. Will not be back
