Room was damp feeling and front desk staff was not friendly. Half used travel lotion in bathroom, looks like cleaning staff may have forgot to vacuum as there were a few random things on the floor.

The hotel itself was decent. Our room was dirty. There was a wad of hair on the bed. The towels, sheets, pillows & room itself smelled very musty. Used bar of soap in the shower.

Fine budget hotel for the area.

It was fine for the price. The hotel was somewhat updated, but needs some more work, especially the carpet in the rooms. The elevator was ridiculous--the doors kept trying to close before you could say "one Mississippi." The front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful!

The staff (Rebecca) was welcoming and friendly making check in easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable for a great stay. I appreciate the care that was taken in the morning to keep breakfast items stocked all the way through the open hours.

The location was great, and just a couple minutes from down town New Buffalo and the beach! The room was comfortable, bed, and plenty of pillows, good water pressure and hot water! A little datwd over all, but clean. Small pool but kids loved it, and hot tub! Polite service, breakfast was so-so. Had a waffle maker so that made it better. Otherwise, microwave sausage and eggs. I'd definitely stay again.

A little hidden gem! Was there for a one night stop over while travelling. Everything was very clean, staff was friendly. The only trouble I had was finding a parking spot as I arrived after midnight—the only spots left were the back row by the woods—a little creepy, but I survived!

Great staff, not so great equipment

Hotel staff was friendly, knowlegeable and overall amazing. Hotel property... Hot tub was maybe a few degrees warmer than the swimming pool. Fire alarm was triggered at 330 in the morning. Not a good way to wake up for a kid with autism and sensory issues. according to the New Buffalo Fire Department, everything was good and nothing wrong with the system, went back to our room around 5am. if it was a prank or some idiot smoking in their room, I hope those were caught and prosecuted.

Close to town.

Gal at the front desk was super nice. Carpet throughout needs cleaned or replaced with tile. Bathroom was clean. Dispensers in shower were empty. Saw someone in hot tub filled with foam. Back exit needs cleaned up. Same pair of wet men’s underwear sat by the door the 2 days we were there. First night the fire alarm went off at 4AM. Went off again after we were let back inside. Breakfast was edible.
