Recently remodeled room — AC problems
Staff at Check In were very friendly . I had a problem with both my phone and TV not working in my room. Both were corrected immediately by the lady that was also working at the front desk . She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable in how to fix the issues. The room had been recently remodeled and was clean and very comfortable. The only negative I had was the Air conditioning unit leaking onto the carpet . I discovered it when I walked around my bed and steeped on the wet carpet while wearing socks. I reported it to the Front Desk and the gentleman informed me that there was no maintenance person on duty after hours - but that he’d leave a note for him to look at it the next morning. That was fine - but the AC unit continued to leak onto the carpet throughout the night. I left early the next morning and the maintenance person had not yet arrived. I assumed the man at the Front Desk would have offered me a different room immediately after I told him about the leaking unit - however - that did not happen. I could have requested to change rooms but I did not feel like arguing with him - so I just stayed in Room 233. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with a variety of breakfast type foods and friendly service from the kitchen staff .
