We chose this resort because of its strong reputation, but the experience did not meet expectations.
At check-in, we were not acknowledged, received no orientation, and no assistance was offered with luggage. At the on-site restaurant, although we were seated on time and ordered promptly, our table was largely ignored. The appetizer soup arrived about 40 minutes after we placed our order, only after we asked about it, and it was served cold. Overall attentiveness was noticeably lacking compared to surrounding tables.
Additionally, basic in-room requests were not accommodated. For water or simple essentials such as toothpaste, we were told to go to the front desk ourselves, and nothing was delivered to the room. Management did follow up with an apology, which was appreciated, but no meaningful effort was made to address or make up for the experience.
