Although we were told about some balconies were closed during our stay, we didn't know ahead of time that our room was one affected. It didn't appear any work was being done on the balcony during our stay. The room was fine and pretty spacious. It was nice having a kitchen. Proximity to boardwalk was awesome.

Gross. Mold in the bathroom. Missing ceiling tiles, holes in walls, cracked fixtures, run down throughout. I was embarrassed to take my family here.

Location on the boardwalk was great. Staff was friendly. The apartment was pretty dated but balcony view was beautiful. It was a little misreading when it says 1 bedroom apartment because there is no bedroom. Its all one room. Also they should clarify better that the laudry unit is not in the units, its a community washer and dryer that has to be shared after 6PM. Parking is pretty rough too if you have a bigger vehicle. Overall was a nice stay though.

Unable to access the balcony to unit on 3rd floor. Close for repairs. Told repairs won't be started until summer is over. Was not told this by Expedia. Will not stay at Boardwalk One again.

The property itself was good, a little dated but clean otherwise. The three women working the desk were the best part. They were very kind and accommodating to my family. The only part that was not so good was the small print from expedia about this being a timeshare property as we had to change rooms mid trip.

The best thing about the property was location location other than that the property is dated built probably in the 80s maintenance people or either understaffed or under experience during during our stay it was a holiday second time we've stayed at this property at this holiday management gets to make up their own rules and hours no maid service whatsoever even had to buy your own toilet paper will look for a different property in the future

If you’re looking for cheap and convenient with little to no amenities this is the place. Pool is incredibly small and in the back of the parking lot. Office staff were friendly but rooms are old and need updating. A/C is cold though!
