When we first arrive very good service for check in. Get to room the door sticks and have to slam it shut. There was always standing water in the sink. Second night no new towels. Went down stairs ans was told to come back in the morning. Left came back old towels taken no new towel trash emptied no new trash bags. Had to keep apologizing to my son for the room. Close to where i needed to go but will try harder to find a different hotel next time. Hope Hawaii wont be like this in a few weeks

Disappointed.

Upon arrival I waited for 20 min for clerk to appear for checkin. If I had not had a reservation that I would have been charged I would have walked out. The common areas were very dirty. The bed was very comfortable & room was quiet. I would not stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice sleeping bed linen. Can sleep-in on comfortable sheets. Wash rags were of nice quality. No carpet in the rooms, a big thumbs up from me. The breakfast needs some help. Overall, it’s good.

Broken and ragged furniture in the room. Room phone unplugged and not working (entire phone system disabled during construction) Nice pool, but gate locked because pool closed pending some inspection, with no sign anywhere. Daytime front desk manager could not have cared any less about my dissatisfaction.
