I called four times to let them know that we will be late checking in the first three times the Rude gentleman on the phone just hung the phone up and did not want to hear what I had to say.and told him that we had vehicle issues. It will be doing a late check in. We check in so late at 4 AM in the morning. Had my credit card that I used to make the reservation. The card reservation was made under the same card as the credit card yet they wanted $100 cash because my employee name was not on the Credit card. Even though the name on the credit card and the employee’s name was on the reservations list made by the card holder. They said they were trying to keep theft down. if that’s the case they wouldn’t let them check into the room. Even though my employees name on his company uniform and name, Match the company name on the reservations and credit card. So my guys had to dig out of their pockets $100 Which was very frustrating after spinning 21 hours on the road.
