Good location

The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!

The staff was amazing but the rooms were showing their age. Our room was clean however another room in our party was very dusty and the bathroom did not look clean.

Was told just changed owners day before we arrived so didn’t find prepaid reservation right away but sorted it out waved parking which was nice Got too busy to make my wake up call I was told but Sean at reception was super nice and helpful

Even though in the description it clearly states they have AC, this time of the year they do not. So with the fluctuations of Temperature and being on a higher floor the rooms are very warm. We were told to just open a window, which are not screened. Had to ask for a fan, one was not offered as a solution when I called. I was just rudely told it states on the website that they do not have AC, which is inaccurate. So if you can’t sleep in a hot room at night you may want to rethink staying here. The majority of the staff at the front will not greet you in any fashion, I always greeted them with a smile and barely would get a response. If you’re looking for a place that is within walking distance to all of the monuments this is not in a location for that. We had to Take an uber every day to and from the Main area.
