One elevator always dead anytime I was here. This time the only one left was dangerous to use for days and finally stopped working. People had to walk upstairs and I was at the 6th floor with joint pain. Not e simple apology. Complete lack of management.

Easy location for getting in and out of DC via the Metro. Excellent row of restaurants next door to the hotel and very reasonable internet speeds (50 megabits or so). Staff were very helpful.

The hotel was clean. In our room the TV did not work and you could see into the washroom even if the door was fully shut. Not a big deal if you are not sharing with friends. The elevator was broken for must of our stay. We were on the 7th floor and had to use the stairs. When I asked the staff if it would be fixed they said they will get to it sometime soon. That was three days ago. They did not even shut it down even though it dropped 5ft after it stopped three days ago.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The reason I gave 2 stars is that there's a group of teenage girls celebrating a birthday party. They made a lot of noise and played loud music until 3am. We couldn't sleep for most of the night. My suggestion is to not put individual guests with group of people on the same floor, especially in the off-peak season when a lot of rooms are available.

I had a hard time finding the hotel entrance. The parking is communal with the mall, and had me confused and at times could be difficult. The hotel clean and smelled very nice. It was affordable. I am thinking on returning. I hope they fix the water machine. It gives good ice, but no water
