Staff was polite and helpful, room was as expected, bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained and in good working order. While the thermostat on the heating unit did not work, this was easy to deal with, so it did not negatively impact my lodging experience. I would definitely stay here again, if I’m ever in the area.

The room was clean, and the staff were great. I didn’t love that tipping the staff was so blatant (envelope & QR code in the room, plus when checking out online. It was fine as a crash pad as we didn’t spend much time there, but attention to detail was lacking. The bathroom door was clearly patched back together, the clothesline in the shower must have pulled out of the wall, and it was remounted (poorly as it was still lopsided and not in all the way) below where the original holes were still gaping in the wall. Is it fine for a crash pad? Absolutely. Just don’t anticipate a hotel that cares about the details.

The rooms are clean and comfy. The pool room was a bit cool for the time of year and if you're brave enough the hot tub is outside. It was snowing while we were in tge hot tub which was very cool.
